7-Day Ayurveda Rejuvenation
A first, gentle immersion in Sri Lankan Ayurveda. Daily doctor-guided treatments, herbal medicine and an unhurried stretch of coastline to recover on.

Four starting points, from a first Ayurvedic week to a full three-week Panchakarma. Every one of them adjustable.
Nothing below is a fixed departure. The prices are honest starting points for a shared or standard room with full board, all treatments and private transfers — and they move up or down with the centre you choose and the season. International flights are not included.

A first, gentle immersion in Sri Lankan Ayurveda. Daily doctor-guided treatments, herbal medicine and an unhurried stretch of coastline to recover on.

Half on the coast, half in the hills. Daily yoga and meditation paired with a shorter Ayurvedic treatment course and two very different landscapes.

For travellers who want a real wellness programme and to actually see Sri Lanka. Treatment weeks bookended by tea country, rainforest and ancient sites.

The programme our partner physicians actually recommend: a full Panchakarma course with the time it needs, followed by a proper period of recovery.

Seven nights is the shortest stay our partner physicians recommend for a genuine Ayurvedic programme rather than a spa week. You arrive, you are examined, and a plan is written for your constitution — then you settle into a rhythm of morning treatments, herbal medicine, light Ayurvedic meals and long empty afternoons.
First-time Ayurveda guests, anyone recovering from a demanding year, travellers who want treatment without a long flight-to-therapy gap.
Private transfer from Colombo airport — around 90 minutes to the coast. Welcome herbal drink, an unhurried afternoon and an early dinner.
Pulse reading and consultation with the Ayurveda physician, who sets your programme. First Abhyanga and steam in the afternoon.
Sunrise yoga, treatments through the morning, a light lunch, then nothing at all until the evening. Doctor's review mid-programme.
Final treatments, closing consultation and a take-home plan of herbs, food and daily routine. Departure transfer or onward travel.

This is the journey most travellers choose when they want both stillness and a sense of the island. Six nights of yoga, meditation and treatment beside the sea at Talalla, then four nights above Kandy where the air is cooler, the mornings are quiet and the temples are within walking distance.
Travellers who want practice and place, couples with slightly different priorities, anyone unwilling to spend ten days in one room.
Transfer to Talalla. Settling in, first restorative class, and an evening walk on the bay.
Morning Vinyasa, evening Yin or Yoga Nidra, Ayurvedic treatments between. Optional surf lesson or Mirissa whale trip.
Scenic drive inland. Cooler nights, forest walks in Udawattakele and a dusk temple visit in Kandy.
Meditation with a local teacher, a closing Ayurveda review and a slow last morning before departure.

Two weeks is enough to complete a proper Ayurvedic course and still travel. You begin with eight nights of treatment on the coast, then move slowly inland — Ella's cloud forest, the tea gardens above Nuwara Eliya, and the plains around Sigiriya — with gentle walks, yoga and light bodywork continuing throughout.
First visits to Sri Lanka, couples, travellers who get restless in one place.
The full Ayurvedic course on the south coast: consultation, twice-daily therapy, prescribed diet and sunrise yoga.
Into Sinharaja. Early walks with a naturalist, birdsong at 6am, cool evenings and simple food.
Ella and the high tea gardens. Slow walks, mist, a plucking session and the quietest sleep of the trip.
Sigiriya at sunrise, an evening meditation with a monk at a village temple, then transfer for departure.

Three weeks allows a complete Panchakarma — preparation, the cleansing therapies themselves, and the long, careful rebuilding phase that most short holidays skip. You stay in one place for the treatment weeks, then move somewhere gentler to let the work settle.
Returning Ayurveda guests, travellers carrying long-term fatigue or stress, anyone who has done a short programme and wants to go further.
Consultation, oleation and steam therapies, dietary change and a great deal of sleep as the body is prepared.
The main therapies, monitored daily by your physician. Practice becomes very gentle; rest becomes the priority.
Rejuvenating treatments, strengthening food, longer walks and a move to the coast at Tangalle for the final nights.
No forms to chase, no call centre. One advisor, two working days, and an itinerary you can change as often as you like.
Share your dates, how long you have and what you are hoping to change. Five minutes on our enquiry form, or a WhatsApp message if that is easier.
Within two working days you receive a proposed itinerary: which centre, which programme, why we chose it for you, and what it costs — with no obligation.
We adjust as often as you like. Different centre, longer treatment course, more or less travelling — until the journey reads like yours.
We handle transfers, confirmations and the details. You are met at the airport, and your advisor stays reachable for the whole trip.
Reviews from travellers who let us design their time in Sri Lanka. We have not edited them for enthusiasm.
I arrived sceptical about Ayurveda and left with a routine I still keep two years later. The doctor spent forty minutes with me on the first day — nobody has ever asked me that many questions about how I actually live.
Charlotte AdeyemiLondon, United KingdomWhat I appreciated most was the honesty. I asked for a fourteen-day detox and was told plainly that ten days of treatment plus four in the hills would suit me better. They were right.
Dr. Andreas ReinhardtMunich, GermanyThree weeks of Panchakarma is not a holiday and they never pretended otherwise. The preparation notes they sent beforehand meant I knew exactly what I was walking into. I slept better in week three than I had in years.
Marianne BeauchampLyon, FranceIf the answer you need is not here, message us on WhatsApp — a real person replies, usually within a few hours.
Every journey we design includes your accommodation, full-board wellness cuisine, your treatment or practice programme, consultations with the resident physician or lead teacher, and all private transfers within Sri Lanka. Your proposal itemises exactly what is covered before you commit to anything. International flights, visa and travel insurance are not included, though we are happy to advise on all three.
Yes — that is the whole point of how we work. There are no fixed departures. You choose the dates, the length, the centre, how much of the island you see and how much you rest. If a proposal is not right, tell us and we will rebuild it. Most journeys go through two or three revisions before anyone pays anything.
As a guide, a seven-night Ayurvedic programme with full board, daily treatments and transfers starts at around €1,450 per person. Ten to fourteen nights typically runs €2,250–€3,500, and a three-week Panchakarma from about €4,650. Simpler, family-run centres cost less; luxury properties cost more. International flights are additional. We will always tell you honestly what your budget can and cannot buy here.
Two to three months is comfortable. The specialist Ayurvedic centres are small — often twelve to twenty rooms — and the good ones fill from December to March, so four to six months ahead is wise for peak season. That said, we place last-minute journeys regularly; if your dates are close, ask us and we will tell you straight away what is genuinely available.

Tell us your dates and what you need. We will design the rest.
