Tell us what your body, mind and soul need.
Share a few details and our team will design a wellness journey around your goals, dates and travel style.
- A reply within two working daysWritten by a person, not an autoresponder.
- No obligation, no depositYou see the itinerary and the price before anything is booked.
- Revised as often as you likeMost journeys go through two or three drafts.
Choose everything that appeals. There are no wrong answers — this simply tells us where to start.
Approximate is fine. Sri Lanka has two monsoons, so we will match the destination to your dates rather than the other way around.
Our partner physicians recommend at least seven nights for a genuine Ayurvedic programme. Shorter stays work beautifully for yoga and rest.
A budget range lets us propose something realistic rather than something aspirational. Excluding international flights, per person.
Thank you — your request is with us.
One of our wellness advisors will read it properly and reply within two working days with a first itinerary. If you would rather talk sooner, message us on WhatsApp.
Four steps, and very little effort from you.
No forms to chase, no call centre. One advisor, two working days, and an itinerary you can change as often as you like.
- 01
Tell us what you need
Share your dates, how long you have and what you are hoping to change. Five minutes on our enquiry form, or a WhatsApp message if that is easier.
- 02
We design your journey
Within two working days you receive a proposed itinerary: which centre, which programme, why we chose it for you, and what it costs — with no obligation.
- 03
Refine your experience
We adjust as often as you like. Different centre, longer treatment course, more or less travelling — until the journey reads like yours.
- 04
Travel & reconnect
We handle transfers, confirmations and the details. You are met at the airport, and your advisor stays reachable for the whole trip.
Things worth knowing before you send this.
None of it changes what you should write. It may change what you expect back.
There is no deposit at this stage
You will see a full itinerary and a price before anything is held or paid. Most journeys go through two or three drafts first.
Seven nights is the honest minimum
For a genuine Ayurvedic programme, our partner physicians ask for at least seven nights. Shorter stays work beautifully for yoga, rest and food.
Tell us about your health
Medication, existing conditions and pregnancy all change what a physician will recommend. Put it in the message field — it is read by a person.
We will tell you if we are the wrong fit
If your budget and your dates do not work together, we would rather say so than sell you a compromise.
A reply from a named advisor
Not an autoresponder and not a call centre. The same person stays with you through the trip.

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, and there is a Sri Lankan phone number that a person answers during office hours.

I arrived sceptical about Ayurveda and left with a routine I still keep two years later. The doctor spent forty minutes with me on the first day — nobody has ever asked me that many questions about how I actually live.

What I appreciated most was the honesty. I asked for a fourteen-day detox and was told plainly that ten days of treatment plus four in the hills would suit me better. They were right.

Three weeks of Panchakarma is not a holiday and they never pretended otherwise. The preparation notes they sent beforehand meant I knew exactly what I was walking into. I slept better in week three than I had in years.

Before you enquire.
If the answer you need is not here, message us on WhatsApp — a real person replies, usually within a few hours.
Yes — that is the whole point of how we work. There are no fixed departures. You choose the dates, the length, the centre, how much of the island you see and how much you rest. If a proposal is not right, tell us and we will rebuild it. Most journeys go through two or three revisions before anyone pays anything.
Two to three months is comfortable. The specialist Ayurvedic centres are small — often twelve to twenty rooms — and the good ones fill from December to March, so four to six months ahead is wise for peak season. That said, we place last-minute journeys regularly; if your dates are close, ask us and we will tell you straight away what is genuinely available.
As a guide, a seven-night Ayurvedic programme with full board, daily treatments and transfers starts at around €1,450 per person. Ten to fourteen nights typically runs €2,250–€3,500, and a three-week Panchakarma from about €4,650. Simpler, family-run centres cost less; luxury properties cost more. International flights are additional. We will always tell you honestly what your budget can and cannot buy here.
Every journey we design includes your accommodation, full-board wellness cuisine, your treatment or practice programme, consultations with the resident physician or lead teacher, and all private transfers within Sri Lanka. Your proposal itemises exactly what is covered before you commit to anything. International flights, visa and travel insurance are not included, though we are happy to advise on all three.

Your journey back to yourself starts here.
Tell us your dates and what you need. We will design the rest.
