Our Wellness Partners
Eight centres we have visited, stayed at and would send our own families to.

We decline more centres than we accept.
Our list is short on purpose. Every property below has been visited in person, usually stayed at for several nights, and is revisited regularly.
We check four things: that physicians are registered with Sri Lanka’s Department of Ayurveda, that therapists are trained and properly supervised, that treatment spaces are clean and private, and that the kitchen can cook to a physician’s prescription rather than offering a healthy option beside the buffet.
Partner names below are the working names we use with guests. Your itinerary will confirm the exact property, room type and physician before you pay anything.
- Registered physiciansVerified, not taken on trust.
- Trained therapistsSupervised, and appropriate to the treatment.
- Kitchens that cook to prescriptionBecause the food is part of the programme.

On accreditation. Sri Lanka’s Department of Ayurveda registers physicians and licenses medicine manufacture, and our partner centres operate under that framework. We are happy to confirm a named physician’s registration for you before you book. We do not describe any centre as a medical facility, and none of the practices offered are a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Wellness journeys that stay with you.
Reviews from travellers who let us design their time in Sri Lanka. We have not edited them for enthusiasm.
I arrived sceptical about Ayurveda and left with a routine I still keep two years later. The doctor spent forty minutes with me on the first day — nobody has ever asked me that many questions about how I actually live.

What I appreciated most was the honesty. I asked for a fourteen-day detox and was told plainly that ten days of treatment plus four in the hills would suit me better. They were right.
Dr. Andreas ReinhardtMunich, Germany10-Day Mind & Body Reset · 10 nights · Talalla & Kandy
Three weeks of Panchakarma is not a holiday and they never pretended otherwise. The preparation notes they sent beforehand meant I knew exactly what I was walking into. I slept better in week three than I had in years.
